Hippity Hop Pear Salad
Makes: 1 servings
Time: 10 Minutes
- 1/2 A Pear, canned in its own juice
- Handful of Broccoli Slaw
- 2 Dried Apricots
- 3 Dried Cranberries
- Real Whipped Cream (real or can)
- Yogurt Covered Almonds or Raisins – Assorted Colors
Place handful of broccoli straw on plate.
Top with pear half.
Using clean scissors, cut apricots into bunny ear shapes.
Affix to pear using toothpicks.
Press cranberries into pear for eyes and nose.
Use half toothpicks to make whiskers.
Make a whipped cream tail.
Decorate plate with assorted colored yogurt covered almonds or raisins.
