Lucky Leprechaun Dip
Makes: 1 servings
Time: 5-10 Minutes
- 1/2 Ripe Avocado per Serving
- 1/4 Teaspoon Fresh Squeezed Lemon
- 1/8 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Pinch of Salt and Pepper
Variety of fresh, green veggies for dipping
Cut avocado in half lengthwise and remove the pit.
Use a small spoon to scoop flesh from half of avocado and place in
a small bowl.
Add lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper and mix with fork until smooth.
Using the spoon, scoop mixture back into the half shell.
Wash, dry, and cut a variety of green veggies such as celery, snap peas, broccoli, and green beans.
Arrange veggies around the dip and enjoy.
