Patriotic Fruit Skewers
Celebrate red, white and blue with these healthy Patriotic Fruit Skewers that your kids can make all by themselves.
Makes: 12 servings
Time: 15 Minutes
- 12 Wooden Skewers
- 12 Strawberries, washed & dried, stems removed
- 12 Large blackberries, washed and dried
- 1 Large Banana
- 6 oz. Blueberry Greek yogurt
- 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
Remove stems from strawberries.
Store cleaned strawberries and blackberries in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Cut banana into twelve 1/2″ rings.
Place one blackberry, one slice of banana, and one strawberry on each skewer.
Stir yogurt until smooth.
Fold lemon juice into yogurt and serve as a dipping sauce on the side.
Makes 12 skewers.
