3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies
These peanut butter cookies are made with 3 simple natural ingredients.
Makes: 20 servings
Time: 20-25 Minutes
- 1 Egg
- 1 Cup Smooth Natural Peanut Butter
- 1 Cup Organic Sugar
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Scoop a small amount of cookie dough with a teaspoon, and roll between your palms to form a ball. Place cookie balls on sprayed baking sheet or parchment paper. Press each ball with a fork dipped in sugar. (Or you can drop by teaspoon and press with fork dipped in sugar).
Bake at 350° F for 9-10 minutes or until set.
Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack.
*Note: Sugar in recipe may be reduced by up to 1/2.
