Apple Spinach Smoothie

Fresh, crisp and clean

Makes: 1 servings

Time: 3-5 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Ice
  • 1/2 Cup water
  • 1 Apple, chopped skin on
  • 1 Large Bunch Spinach
  • Squeeze of Lemon Juice
  • Pinch of Dried Ginger (or fresh if available)
  • Squeeze of Honey (optional)

Directions

Blend ingredients until smooth.

Drink immediately.
