A light and fresh salad with a tangy dash of balsamic vinegar

- 3 Large Slices of Fresh Tomato
- 3 Slices fresh mozzarella cheese (traditional ball form)
- 6-8 Fresh Basil Leaves
- Salt and Pepper
- Balsamic Vinegar (optional)
- Italian Seasoning, dried
Wash, dry, and slice tomato. Slice mozzarella ball into thin slices. Wash and dry basil leaves. Assemble tomato, cheese, and basil on your plate. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with a few dashes of balsamic vinegar and/or Italian seasoning (optional).
