Time: 3 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Non-fat milk (or almond milk, non-gmo soy milk, rice milk, etc)
  • 1 Cup Frozen Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup Crushed Ice
  • 2 Tablespoons 100% pumpkin puree (can)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  •   Real Whipped Topping
  •   Powdered Cinnamon

Directions

Blend the first 5 ingredients until smooth.

Top with real whipped topping and a sprinkle of powdered cinnamon.

*Dairy products can be substituted with plant based alternative products.
