This amazing dressing is very versitile and can be used as a dressing or a dip.
Makes: Varies servings
Time: 5 Minutes
- 1/2 Cup Pomegranate Juice
- 1/2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
- 1/8 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
In medium bowl, whisk together the pomegranate and lemon juice, vinegar, and honey; slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking.
For thicker dressing, pour the vinaigrette in a blender and blend on HIGH for about 30 secs.
This dressing wonderful served over a mix of berries for dessert, or dipping sauce, a spinach and strawberry salad and much more!
