CITRUS GREEN SMOOTHIE

Makes: 1 servings

Time: 3 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 1/2Cup Ice Cubes
  • 1/2Cup 100% Orange Juice
  • 1Large Handful Baby Spinach
  • 1Large Handful of Green Grapes
  • 1Small Orange, peeled
  • 1Teaspoon Flax Seed
  • 1Teaspoon Honey (optional to help soothe sore throat)

Directions

Blend together until smooth.
