LEMON COATED STRAWBERRIES
Makes: 1 servings
Time: 10 Minutes
- 10Whole Strawberries (washed and dried)
- 4Ounces Lemon Greek Yogurt (or other favorite)
- 1/2Cup Non-GMO Cheerios, (or any organic whole grain cereal), crushed
- Toothpicks (optional)
Stir yogurt until smooth. Crush Cheerios in a plastic Ziploc bag and empty into
a shallow bowl. Insert toothpick into green stem of each strawberry to secure.
Dip whole strawberries in yogurt until coated. Roll coated strawberries in
crushed Cheerios and serve as a quick snack.
*Dairy products can be substituted with plant based alternative products.
