A yummy smoothie with a surprising ingredient!
Makes: 1 (10 Samples) servings
Time: 10 Minutes
- 1Cup Romaine Lettuce, Chopped
- 1Fresh or Frozen Banana
- 1Cup Frozen Mixed Berries (Any mix will do)
- 1Cup Coconut Milk/Almond or Soy Milk
- 1Teaspoon Honey or Natural Sweetener if desired
Wash and Chop lettuce. Add all ingredients as well as lettuce to a blender and blend well. Taste and add honey if needed.
