- 1 Cup Non-fat milk (or almond milk, non-gmo soy milk, rice milk, etc)
- 1 Cup Frozen Vanilla Yogurt
- 1/2 Cup Crushed Ice
- 2 Tablespoons 100% pumpkin puree (can)
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
- Real Whipped Topping
- Powdered Cinnamon
Blend the first 5 ingredients until smooth.
Top with real whipped topping and a sprinkle of powdered cinnamon.
