Time: 20 Minutes (in rice cooker)
- 11/2Cup Dry Quinoa
- 1Can light coconut milk
- 1/2Cup water
- 1/4Teaspoon Salt
To make the rice: Put all ingredients into a rice cooker and cook. Quinoa will cook in about 20 minutes or follow package directions for stovetop cook times.
