VANILLA MILKSHAKE SMOOTHIE
Vanilla Milkshake Smoothies taste like the real thing but without all of the sugar, calories and fat!
Makes: 1 (10 Samples) servings
Time: 5 Minutes
- 1Cup Plain Yogurt or non-dairy alternative
- 1Cup Crushed Ice
- 1/2Cup Non-fat milk (or almond milk, cashew milk, or coconut milk)
- 2Teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
- 100% Pure Stevia Powder to taste – (or your favorite natural sweetener)
Blend ingredients in a blender until thick and smooth.
Makes 1 serving.
*Dairy products can be substituted with plant-based alternative products.
Use 2 dates (pitted) for a sugar-free yet sweeeet alternative! Use unsweetened vanilla almond milk with 2 dates or regular vanilla almond milk with 1 med/large date.
