OPEN FACED AVOCADO SANDWICH
Makes: 1 (4-6 Samples) servings
Time: 5 Minutes
- 1 Slice whole grain or sprouted grain bread, bagel, English Muffin, toasted
- 1 Tablespoon Whipped Cream Cheese or non-dairy alternative
- 4 Slices Roma Tomatoes, (or any garden variety)
- 3 Slices Avocado, fresh
- 3 Slices Red onion, thinly sliced
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 Lemon zest, (optional)
Toast sandwich bread.
Spread on cream cheese and then layer on tomatoes, avocado slices, red onion, salt, and pepper.
Grate lemon zest on top (optional).
