Makes: 4 (10 samples) servings
Time: 10 Minutes
- 1/2 Cup Popcorn kernels
- Olive Oil Spray
- Salt, Pepper, and other various ingredients (see Directions)
Using an air popper, pop 1/2 cup popcorn until light and fluffy. (Or use the microwave and paper bag method of popping).
The instructor should provide a variety of seasonings like:
• Chili Powder
• Flavored Sea Salt
• Mild Black Pepper
• Mixed Dried herbs and a bit of Olive Oil
• Cinnamon and a bit of sugar
• Parmesan Cheese
• Nutritional Yeast
Ziplock Bags or Paper Bags
1 Cup Measuring Cup
Have students form a line and grab a bag. Scoop a cup of popped corn in each bag, spray with a bit of olive oil spray and them let them sprinkle their choice of seasonings over the popcorn. Seal the bag. Shake and enjoy!
