STRAWBERRY SPRINGTIME PARFAIT
Makes: 1 (4-6 Samples) servings
Time: 15 Minutes
- 8 Ripe Strawberries
- 1/2 Cup Plain Greek yogurt mixed with 1 tsp. honey OR 1/2 cup flavored Greek yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon Granola (such as Bare Naked Berry) or make your own
Wash, dry, and slice strawberries.
Stir yogurt until smooth.
Place half of the strawberries in the bottom of a small dessert bowl.
Spoon yogurt on top of berries.
Place sliced strawberries around the rim of the bowl.
Sprinkle granola in middle of yogurt and top with one or two sliced strawberries.
Makes 1 parfait.
