CROCK POT SWEET POTATOES
Makes: 4-6 servings
Time: 4-6 Hours
- 4-6 Sweet Potatoes
- Organic Brown Sugar
Rinse and scrub each sweet potato. No need to dry.
Poke holes in sweet potato with a fork.
Wrap each sweet potato with aluminum foil.
Fill your crock pot 3/4 the way full of sweet potatoes.
Cook on low 4-6 hours.
When serving, put 1/4 tsp. brown sugar in each sweet potato (optional), or cut potatoes into cubes and using a large bowl and wooden spoon, gently turn potatoes with a bit of brown sugar.
Serve and enjoy!
