Makes: 12 servings
Time: 30-35 Minutes
- 6 Ears of Corn, husks removed
- 1/3 Cup Butter, melted
- 1 Garlic Clove, Minced
- 1/4 Teaspoon Dried Parsley
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
Break ears of corn in half to form 12 pieces. Clean corn under running water and pat to dry. Wrap 6 pieces of corn in a single layer in tinfoil and grill over medium-low heat on the indoor/outdoor grill turning every 5 minutes. (makes two packs of corn) until presses easily with a fork.
Alternatively, you can boil corn for approximately 20-25 minutes or until desired doneness and presses easily with a fork.
Place cooked corn into a large pot or large bowl. In another bowl, stir the melted butter, garlic, salt, parsley, and cheese. Pour over cooked corn pieces and toss to coat. Serve immediately. Sprinkle with extra Parmesan cheese, if desired.
