SPROUTED MUNG BEAN CHAAT (SALAD)
Makes: 6 Sample servings
Time: 15 Minutes
- 1 Cup Sprouted Mung Bean
- 1/3 Cup Cucumber – Diced
- 1/3 Cup Tomato – Diced
- 1/3 Cup Yellow Bell Pepper – Diced
- 2 Tablespoons Cilantro – Chopped Fine
- 1 Teaspoon Organic Chaat Masala Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Pinch Pink Himalayan Salt
In a large bowl, stir all ingredients together to make the salad.
