- 1 Whole Wheat English Muffin or Sprouted Grain Muffin
- 2 Tablespoons Pizza Sauce
- 1/8 Cup Shredded Low Fat Mozzarella Cheese
- Fresh Cut Vegetables
- Grated Parmesan Cheese
Toast English Muffin in a toaster. Spread each half with pizza sauce and top with mozzarella cheese.
Add optional vegetables and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Microwave on high for 20 seconds or brown in 350 Degree oven until cheese is melted and bubbly.
