PEANUT BUTTER & JELLY ROLLS
Makes: 1 servings
Time: 10-15 Minutes
- 2 Slices 100% Whole Grain Bread, Crusts Removed
- 1 to 2 Tablespoons Natural Peanut Butter or Sun Butter for nut allergies
- 1 to 2 Teaspoons All Fruit Preserves (Any Flavor)
Carefully cut crust from bread slices. Place on cutting board and with fingers, gently seal two slices by overlapping about 1/2 inch to make one rectangular piece of bread.
With rolling pin or large plastic cup, roll out bread slices until flattened. Flip over so the seam is down.
Spread peanut butter and preserves over the bread. Roll into a log. Carefully cut into 1/2 inch spiral slices or eat as a roll.
