VEGGIE SCRAMBLED EGGS & HAM
Makes: 1 servings
Time: 20-25 Minutes
- 1 Egg
- 1 Egg White
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Onion
- 3 Slices Preservative Free Ham or Vegetarian Alternative
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 Ounce Shredded Low-Fat Cheddar Cheese
- Salt and Pepper
- Non-Stick Cooking Spray
Whip egg and egg white until mixed. Add onion, ham, tomatoes, cheese, and salt & pepper.
Pour into sprayed, non-stick pan and cook mixture thoroughly.
Spoon onto a plate and serve with one slice of whole wheat toast and fresh blueberries or your favorite in-season fruit on the side.
