WARM TURKEY & CHEESE TRIANGLES

Time: 15-20 Minutes
- 2 Whole Grain Tortillas
- 4 Slices Roasted Preservative Free Turkey Breast or Deli Meat and/or Finely Cut Veggies and/or Black Beans as an alternative to meat
- 1/4 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Mustard or Other Sauces (Optional)
- Thinly Sliced Tomatoes (Optional)
- Cooking Spray
Place turkey, (or veggies) cheese and thinly sliced tomato on one tortilla.
Spread mustard or other sauces on another tortilla. Put tortillas together and place on a heated, sprayed, non-stick frying pan or griddle.
Flip when the first side is light brown and crispy. Remove when both sides are crispy and cut with a pizza cutter into 6 triangles with a pizza cutter.
Serve with fresh cut vegetables on the side.
