PERFECTLY FLUFFY MASHED POTATOES
Makes: 5-6 (10 sample) servings
Time: 30 minutes
- 6 Medium Yukon Gold Potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1/4 Cup Butter
- 3/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Pinch Dried Parsley
Place potatoes in a saucepan and cover with water adding a sprinkle of salt. Cover and bring to a boil; cook for 20-25 minutes or until very tender.
Drain well. Add butter and mash until melted. Add milk, salt, and pepper; continue to mash or beat until fluffy.
Garnish with a pinch of dried parsley flakes.
