CupsRomaine Lettuce, washed and torn
- 1 Cup Baked Croutons
- 1/2 Cup Skim Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 2 Teaspoons Yellow Mustard
- 2 Teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Cloves Garlic, crushed
Wash and tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces placing in a large serving bowl.
In blender or bowl whisk dressing ingredients until smooth (mayonnaise, milk, Parmesan, lemon juice, yellow mustard, Worcestershire, and garlic).
When ready to serve, toss lettuce with the desired amount of dressing. Top with croutons.
