- 1 Loaf Wheat French Baguette
- 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
- 6 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1 Teaspoon Fresh Rosemary Leaves (or 1/4 tsp. dried)
- 1 Teaspoon Fresh Thyme Leaves (or 1/4 tsp. dried)
- 1 Teaspoon Fresh Oregano Leaves (or 1/4 tsp. dried)
- Grated Parmesan Cheese
Preheat oven to 450°F. Slice baguette on diagonal cutting into 12-18 pieces and place on parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
Place oil, garlic, and herbs in a plastic shaker or blender and shake until well mixed.
Using a pastry brush, brush each piece of bread with the olive oil mixture. Sprinkle each slice with grated parmesan cheese.
Bake in the oven until lightly toasted, about 5-8 minutes.
