EASY BAKED POTATOES
Makes: 6 servings
Time: 70-80 Minutes
- 6 Idaho Potatoes
Preheat oven to 350°F. Wash and dry potatoes removing any eyes. Pierce each potato with a fork approximately 8-12 times each.
Place potato in the center of a 10×10 piece of tin foil and wrap. Place on bottom rack of oven and bake for 1 hour.
Remove from oven and carefully peel back foil.
Slice down the center and fill with your favorite toppings such as butter, salt, pepper, shredded cheese, bacon bits, sour cream, and /or herbed cream cheese.
