TOASTED WHOLE GRAIN GARLIC CHEESE BREAD
Makes: 6 servings
Time: 10-15 Minutes
- 3 Whole Grain Ciabatti Buns (1/2 Bun per Serving)
- 1/2 Cup Butter, softened
- 1-2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1/4 Teaspoon Dried Parsley
- 6 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place buns cut side up on cookie sheet. Mix butter, garlic and parsley until smooth. Spread over each bun. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and toast in oven 5-7 minutes until lightly browned and crispy.
