CRUNCHY VEGGIES AND CREAMY HERB DIP
Makes: 6 (10 sample) servings
Time: 10-15 Minutes
- 3/4 Cup Low-Fat Plain Yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 Garlic Clove, Minced
- 1 Teaspoon Dried Parsley
- Salt and Pepper
In a shallow bowl, stir yogurt until smooth. Add lemon juice, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. Blend with spoon and store in refridgerator until ready to serve.
Wash and cut assorted raw veggies such as broccoli, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, mushrooms, zucchini, carrots, etc.
Spoon herb dip into small bowl and place in center of a small serving platter. Arrange cut veggies around the herb dip. Garnish dip with a few cut veggies.
