EGGS IN A BASKET
Makes: 4 servings
Time: 20-25 Minutes
- Non-Stick Cooking Spray
- 4 Slices Preservative Free Ham (or Vegetarian Alternative or No Meat At All
- 4 Eggs
- Salt and Pepper
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray. Line each muffin cup with a piece of ham to form a little bowl.
Crack one egg into each ham bowl (or if not using ham, simply crack and add into the muffin cup). Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake in oven for 13-15 minutes until desired doneness. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheddar cheese (optional) and serve when cheese is melted.
