HERBED GARLIC CIABATTA
Makes: 6 servings
Time: 5-10 Minutes
- 3 Whole Wheat Ciabatti buns, 1/2 per serving
- 1/2 Cup Softened Butter
- 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
- Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Teaspoon Fresh Parsley (or 1/4 tsp. dried)
- 1 Teaspoon Fresh Oregano Leaves (or 1/4 tsp. dried)
Preheat over to 450°F. Separate buns into 2 halves and place on parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
Place butter, garlic, and herbs in a small bowl and blend with a spoon until well mixed.
Butter each piece of bread with the mixture. Sprinkle each slice with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake in the oven until lightly toasted, about 5-8 minutes.
