STEAMED GREEN BEANS
Makes: 6-8 (20 Samples) servings
Time: 15-20 Minutes
Ingredients
- 1 Pound Green Beans, cleaned and stems removed
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- Salt and Pepper
Directions
Place cleaned beans in a steamer or pot of cold water.
Bring to a boil and steam or boil the beans for approximately 7 minutes.
Carefully drain the water and toss with the butter, salt, and pepper.
