WARM TURKEY & CHEESE TRIANGLES

Makes: 1 servings

Time: 15-20 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 Whole Grain Tortillas
  • 4 Slices Roasted Preservative Free Turkey Breast or Deli Meat and/or Finely Cut Veggies and/or Black Beans as an alternative to meat
  • 1/4 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  •  Mustard or Other Sauces (Optional)
  • Thinly Sliced Tomatoes (Optional)
  • Cooking Spray

Directions

Place turkey, (or veggies) cheese and thinly sliced tomato on one tortilla.

Spread mustard or other sauces on another tortilla. Put tortillas together and place on a heated, sprayed, non-stick frying pan or griddle.

Flip when the first side is light brown and crispy. Remove when both sides are crispy and cut with a pizza cutter into 6 triangles with a pizza cutter.

Serve with fresh cut vegetables on the side.
