Baked Flounder
Flounder is a mild white fish that bakes up quickly.
Makes: 1 servings
Time: 15-20 Minutes
Ingredients
- Flounder Fillets (One per person)
- Salt and Pepper
- Creole Seasoning
- Dried Parsley
- Dried Oregano
- 2 Tablespoons Butter, melted (optional)
- 1 Lemon, washed and sliced
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Wash and dry fish fillets and lay on cookie sheet. Sprinkle each fillet with a dusting of salt, pepper, creole seasoning, parsley and oregano.
Bake fish for 8 – 10 minutes until it flakes with a fork. Transfer to a serving plate or platter. Gently pour a bit of melted butter over top of fish. (optional)
Garnish with slices of fresh cut lemon.
