Bunless Burger Bowl

Makes: 4 servings

Time: 20 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 Pounds Organic Ground Beef
  • 1 Pinch Salt, pepper and garlic powder
  • 1/4 Cup water
  • 2 Tablespoons Cream
  • 4 Cups Chopped Mixed Fresh Veggies (such as cucumber, red pepper, orange pepper and yellow pepper)
  • 4 Tablespoons Caesar Salad Dressing (natural)

Directions

Saute beef in a pan over medium low heat until no longer pink.

As the beef is cooking, sprinkle with a pinch of salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

When beef is cooked through, add water slowly until beef is lightly moist. Add only what you need.

Bring sauce to a light simmer and stir in cream.  Allow to simmer until slightly thickened.

Scoop 1/4 of the beef into each of 4 serving bowls.

Top beef with 1 cup chopped assorted veggies.

Top veggies with 1 Tbsp. Caesar dressing (such as Marzetti’s).
