Chocolate Smoothie

Makes: 1 servings

Time: 5 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond, Cashew, or Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Ice
  • 1 Small Banana, frozen
  • 2 Teaspoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Teaspoon Flax Seeds

Directions

Blend ingredients until smooth.

Add a bit of extra milk if too thick.
