How to Teach Your Kids to Cook
I’m going to be honest with you here. When I got married at 18, I knew how to make macaroni and cheese, grilled cheese, and chicken noodle soup. That’s it. I knew that when I had children, I wanted them to have a different experience. Now that they’re older, I’m so glad that I took the time to teach them this. I see them making healthy meals when they cook fairly regularly. I wish this were something that more parents had done.
