Easy Baked Eggs
Makes: 6 servings
Time: 15-20 Minutes
Ingredients
- Non-stick spray, Butter Flavored
- 6 Eggs
- 1 Green Onion, chopped
- 6 Tablespoons 2% Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- Salt and Pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Spray a muffin tin with non-stick spray.
Crack an egg into each muffin cup.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion, salt, pepper, and shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes (slightly runny) or longer for firmer eggs.
Serve with whole grain toast and fruit.
