Fargo Woman to Offer Healthy Cooking Classes for Kids

FARGO, ND —Children
as young as 2 can start learning to cook, said Nancy Kvamme, and she
wants to be the one to teach them how to do it.  Kvamme
cooks most of her meals—both for the nutritional benefits and to save
money. She enjoys cooking, and has been doing it since she was a child.
Now she plans to share her skills with children and teach them the value
of cooking their own meals “so they can eat healthy now and when
they’re on their own,” she said.  She recently became a certified
cooking instructor with Healthy Hands Cooking, a business that offers
cooking classes for kids nationwide through certified instructors.
Kvamme will soon offer a variety of classes locally for children ages 2
