- 4 Plain Brown Rice Cakes
- Peanut Butter, Cream Cheese, Honey, Fruit Spread, or other nutritious spread
- Variety of cut fruits and or veggies
- Selection of seeds/nuts and dried fruit
- Poached egg (optional)
Directions
Spread rice cake with an all-natural creamy spread.
Use pre-cut fruits, veggies, nuts, and seeds to make a funny rice cake face.
Makes a fun, nutritious breakfast or after school snack!
Can be topped with a poached egg and sprinkle of cheese for a yummy breakfast choice.
