PUMPKIN SPICE NUT MIX
Makes: 3 Cups servings
Time: 30 Minutes
Ingredients
- 2Cups Mixed Raw Nuts (Walnuts, Cashews, Almonds, and/or Pistachios)
- 1/2Cup Pumpkin Seeds
- 1Tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 1/4Teaspoon Salt
- 1Tablespoon Pumpkin Spice Seasoning or Apple Pie Spice
- 1/4Cup Dried Apples
- 1/4Cup Dried Cranberri
Directions
Preheat oven to 325F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
In a mixing bowl add the mixed nuts, pumpkin seeds, maple syrup, salt, and pumpkin pie spice and stir
until combined.
Spread the mixture on baking sheet into an even layer.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Allow to cool completely and toss in dried apples and cranberries.
Store in an airtight container.
