CUCUMBER TOMATO BASIL SALAD
Makes: 6-8 servings
Time: 15-20 Minutes
- 3 English Cucumbers, peeled and cubed
- 2 Garden Tomatoes, washed and cubed
- 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Basil, chopped
Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Blend to mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve to allow the flavors to meld.
