CUCUMBER TOMATO BASIL SALAD

Makes: 6-8 servings

Time: 15-20 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 3 English Cucumbers, peeled and cubed
  • 2 Garden Tomatoes, washed and cubed
  • 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Basil, chopped

Directions

Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Blend to mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve to allow the flavors to meld.
