community a series of children’s healthy cooking classes that educate kids and families on the power of whole food nutrition and healthier choices at home.

With the help of Children’s Hospital, we can now collectively offer Healthy Hands Cooking nutrition education classes in a family-friendly facility for optimal wellness in the Columbia, SC area.”

teaching how nutrition works in the body through these specialized classes, but can now teach practical

The instruction for this series of specialty classes headed by local Healthy Hands Cooking Certified
Instructors. Classes run on various days and times. Class size is limited to 10 students per instructor and
