“ASHLAND The Highlands Museum and Discovery Center will offer help this summer to parents with bored children.
The third annual Kids Fest will be from noon to 5 p.m. July 13 at the museum at 1620 Winchester Ave.
Amber Reeves, marketing director for the museum, said she believes this year’s Kids Fest will be the biggest ever.
