HONEY BUTTER FRUIT DIP

Makes: 2-4 (or 10 samples) servings

Time: 10 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt (or dairy-free vanilla yogurt)
  • 1/3 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 2 Teaspoons Honey (or Maple Syrup)
  • 1-2 Apples, sliced

Directions

Combine ingredients in medium size bowl & whisk; serve with freshly cut fruit or vegetable slices.

Try the following:

  • Cantaloupe
  • Banana
  • Strawberries
  • Grapes
  • Apples
  • Celery
  • Carrots

Sunflower seed butter may be substituted for peanut butter for students with nut allergies.
