SPROUTED MUNG BEAN CHAAT (SALAD)

Makes: 6 Sample servings

Time: 15 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Sprouted Mung Bean
  • 1/3 Cup Cucumber – Diced
  • 1/3 Cup Tomato – Diced
  • 1/3 Cup Yellow Bell Pepper – Diced
  • 2 Tablespoons Cilantro – Chopped Fine
  • 1 Teaspoon Organic Chaat Masala Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Pinch Pink Himalayan Salt

Directions

In a large bowl, stir all ingredients together to make the salad.
