WARM PITA TRIANGLES WITH HERBED DIPPING OIL
Makes: 6 servings
Time: 10-12 Minutes
- 3 Whole Grain Pitas (1/2 Pita per serving
- 1/4 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1/4 Teaspoon Dried Basil
- 1/4 Teaspoon Dried Rosemary
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- Freshly Ground Pepper
- 1 Pinch Red Pepper Flake
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Stack pitas and wrap in tinfoil. Place in center of the oven for 10-12 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine spices and herbs and garlic. Dip warmed pita into the herbed olive oil.
